Rotary prints 20.000 pictogram translation booklets for refugees

A big first step! More than 20,000 REFUGEE TRANSLATOR booklets have been printed and are already in the mail since Friday, 08.04.2022 to help many Ukrainian refugees, host families and helpers to communicate more easily. In this regard, the Rotarians have implemented a great project with SPACES FOR UKRAINE to find accommodation and host families for Ukrainian refugees.

We are happy that the ROTARIANS from the Platz der Republik in Berlin immediately understood the benefit of the REFUGEE TRANSLATOR. They acted almost immediately and ordered the first 20,000 booklets, which are already almost sold out, because the Rotary has a wide network through which the REFUGEE TRANSLATOR could be distributed all over Germany.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the hard-working penguins at the Berlin printing company PINGUINDRUCK, who support us as our exclusive printing partner to produce high-quality REFUGEE TRANSLATOR booklets – available quickly and internationally.

Tomorrow, Monday 11 April 2022, there will also be an official handover of 2,000 copies to the Stadtmission at the Welcome Tent of Berlin Central Station by ROTARY CLUB PLATZ DER REPUBLIK.
